download updates problem

My program for downloading update won't work on Wi fi connection
it tells me to make sure my machine is connected to the internet
Is there another way?

Hi William,

Downloading updates via a WiFi connection should not make any difference. It would seem that some other problem is preventing the update from working correctly.

The message that is presented regarding "making sure that you are connected to the internet" is typically displayed when the internet connection is not available OR times out. Basically, it runs a test prior to downloading the update. If this test fails then you'll get that message.

For now, it may be best to manually download the latest version of Triangles and install.

Should the problem persists, please let me know. Please also include details about the machine that you are using and any other relevant info.
